Adaptation by Design — Delta Interventions Studio

Synthesis of the TU Delft Delta Urbanism Research Programme, 2016–2017

Exhibition and seminar reflecting on the Delta Interventions Studio's work in San Francisco Bay — a precursor to the BCDC's Resilience by Design competition. In collaboration with UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design, the studio addressed Bay Area's adaptive capacity to climate uncertainty through systems thinking, landscape dynamics, urban morphology, and adaptation pathways.

RE-GROUND — Resilient land-use scenarios for the Metropolitan Region of Amsterdam

Strategic consultation with planning practitioners and policy experts

A methodology that combines model-based urban land-use simulations with design thinking to develop resilient spatial planning scenarios. Run as an exploratory expert design workshop with practitioners to align computational findings with local planning realities — testbed for spatial evidence on long-term urbanisation strategies.
